The previous pallet we sent you forgot and therefore it was not collected until 7.30pm so this time when it was not collected at 4.30 I chased it up, the phone operator had difficulty tracing the job then he contacted the driver who gave a time to collect and did collect at that time. The driver had no paperwork for the job so I suspect that if I had not called it would have not been collected.
