Paid for next day delivery, pallet to be picked up Thursday 1st May, but not picked up until 2nd May. Finally delivered on Wed 7th May by a very helpful and efficient driver from Dalkeith transport.
Tracking system information was not enough to follow progress. Eg "scanned at depot" but which depot? I guess that you may have more detailed information about the progress of the item and may be able to identify what the problem was.
