This was the first time I had used Pallethub and I was greatly impressed on all counts. The item to be transported was an oil fired central heating boiler - quite a heavy beast - and the pick-up point was in East Sussex. The seller reported that the Pallethub vehicle arrived on time and the driver was courteous and efficient. The boiler was soon safely loaded and secured. The delivery address was in South Herefordshire and it arrived here at about 9.30 am the following morning - long before I was expecting it. Again the driver was most helpful in offloading the item and assisted me on transferring it onto a waiting trolley. He was a great guy to deal with and a real credit to Pallethub Finally the cost of the delivery was very reasonable too so a big +++ on all points.
