The delivery did not arrive the next day, may email was ignored, telephone call was not made as arranged the next day to let us know they were coming. The driver was very pleasant but not in the position to lift the item I had to find passers by to help. No apology for keeping me in for next day delivery just lies that it was only picked up the day before which made it next day. This was not true therefore making office staff un helpful to be polite
