As a first time user I found the order web page confusing, had to ring Mansfield to get advice, it didn't seem logical to click half a pallet, my parcel was 1.4 mtr long.
The tracking was excellent, didn't understand all the terminology but gleamed enough information to know where my parcel was.
The delivery driver was excellent, nothing was to much trouble, he even put it in the garage for me.
Finally the cost was very competitive, I had been quoted £120 by " a man with a van " and he wanted it dismantling.
