The website was easy to use and reasonably clear. When my pallet was not collected as I expected I looked back into the website and in the small print found that "next day" only applied to business addresses and not residential. I run a small business so from my point of view I am a business address but it is a residential home as well. Its a little difficult to understand how Pallethub differentiate between the two and this could have been made more clear during the ordering process. Apart from that small glitch everything else ran very smoothly with the collection and the delivery and the prices are good! I will use the service again. Thanks Lynn Clark Materian Limited
