These guys are so nice and honest. I actually came wanting breast implants. The surgeon was really understanding, I was his last patient of the clinic and the clinic was about to close. But he spent over an hour with me as I had so many questions. Helen was really happy to stay later and didnt cause a fuss at all - most people would have been looking at their watches non-stop. I was so relieved i was made to feel comfortable after 1 hour, Mr Prasad and I both agreed that surgery wasnt suitable for me just yet as i wasnt 100% sure on what outcome I wanted recieve or what size. rather than rush me into book a surgery date, I was told to book again once i could of considered all my options i spoke to my mum, sister and best friend who were really supportive. I couldnt thank them enough. i came back to see the consultant again about 3 months later. Helen even swapped her shift so she could see me and make sure I had all my questions answered. everyone was so sweet. i booked in and just had my op last month. it was a bit tender at first but i was assured that was normal. i had maxine the nurse on the other end of the phone who was always able to help me if i got scared realy great experience and i will proudly recommend Mr Prasad, Helen and Pall Mall to everyone!
