THE INITIAL ORDERING PROCESS WAS A LITTLE CHOPPY DUE TO A POOR CELL CONNECTION WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. AFTER POSTING A NEGITIVE REVIEW I WAS CALLED BY BARB AT PALMFLEX ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WANTING TO HELP WITH THE SITUATION. I RECIEVED MY ORDER (THANKS TO BARB) A COUPLE DAYS LATER & EVERYTHING WAS RECD AS EXPECTED. IT IS REFRESHING TO SEE A COMPANY TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO SERIOUSLY. THANKS PALMFLEX & BARB!
