I have put off getting a Pan card for so many years because I thought it would be a hassle with a lot of paperwork and it would take a lot of time etc
I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed of the process. Also along the way the service and guidance was excellent.
One thing that could be improved is the envelope the Pan card arrived in, it was very poor quality. I live in a country with a lot of rain and that was not handy
But all in all I rate it 5/5
