It is a good service for people who do not have any support for legwork in India and/or who finds it difficult to navigate the documentation part of the application process. I live in US and had to get some changes in my PanCard details (needed to file my future tax returns in India) and decided to take their help. From my experience, they are legit and they are reasonable cost. They are also reliable and timely, like clockwork. They are helpful during the document check and submission process, which is the key part of the service... rest are simple steps - moving the physical application to Chennai, submitting it, getting the code needed for status check and waiting through the whole process till you receive the card - which are all done with regular, timely and clear communication . My application went through without a hitch and hence not sure of their ability to resolve through any questions or issues. But, based on my experience, I think they will do what they can to help.
