Everything went good. Only the problem is: Statement: if cars mail lost or returned Bombay Tax Dept will not send it again. Also, letter was very small. Something should be done about this issue. It is rare but, mail can be lost, stolen or returned for any reason. This will help some people due to any incident. Example: USPS carrier (Postman) came at my door, rang the bell, but did not leave any notice to pick up mail from Post Office ( Notice is required if homeowner is not at home at delivery time). Next day, I tracked the package and noticed it is ready to be picked up at the post office. I went to the Post Office. It took about 30 minutes to find the letter. Normally, it does not happen at USPS. USPS is very efficient, but a careless employee can create the problem. Regards, Customer
