Don’t go by all the good reviews! I had a very bad experience. I took their service hoping to get it in 10 days but it took more than 15 days to get the electronic copy. I planned my trip to India based on their assurance I will get the electronic pan card in 10 days. On the 10th day when I checked the status it said that my application has an objection for improper scanning. So when I contacted Pan card express they told me they made a mistake in scanning but assured me that they uploaded the correct scanned copy and I would get in 2 days. I was still hopeful I can get it before my travel date but no, it did not come until I came back to USA. What is the point of taking their service when you have no guarantee of getting in time. They say they respond to emails in 1 day but for my last two email I did not get any response. Let alone getting to talk over phone! It is rare somebody will pick up the phone. I sincerely hope they publish this experience of mine otherwise I will go to the court or other private bureau . I will save this experience as a proof that I submitted.
