I made an enquiry regarding the freight charge as it was over $600 and was told that it is what it is. I then received a message from Krystal stating that she had overheard the conversation and didn't agree with the comment. Krystal then went out of her way to look into the freight surcharge and was able to reduce this down to about $170 and was then able to make the ordering process easy with a confirmation that all my parts had been packed and ready for shipment. They all arrived the next day. Bloody excellent service thanks Krystal. I will definatly be ordering more parts in the future for my other cars.
