I was supposed to take delivery of a replacement TV today by Panther Logistics. They gave me a slot of 07:24-09:24 and when I checked the live tracker they were at drop 1 and I was drop 2… the first attachment shows that they were unable to deliver because of a vehicle capacity issue, strange given that they were supposedly already out delivering, which was clearly not true. Then they send me another text making out that the item is due to be delivered today and quickly update it to say delivery failed to make it out like it was my issue and that I’d missed the delivery. Fortunately being on the spectrum I just screenshot everything and as you’ll see in the photos they didn’t update their site quickly enough… also this is a dishonest practice as they will be claiming they attempted the delivery so they get paid.
