HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE IT TAKES 3 VISITS 6 MEN TO DELIVER A FRIDGE FREEZER.
Delivery American Fridge Freezer, the order stated additional services wet disconnection & disposal & wet connection & install. Delivery guys refused to uninstall told me they informed their manager before they left they could do delivery only no uninstall or installation he told them to deliver it. They stood and watched my 70year old husband uninstall and remove the heavy doors on his own & they then put the fridge on the van. They proceeded to bring the new fridge freezer in & dumped it in the hallway. I spoke to their person on the phone explaining my food was defrosting I had no freezer or fridge and she said it was a regular occurrence and that they would send an installation team out that day & would ring me back she didn’t I rang again got a similar answer and eventually was informed they would send someone the next morning to install. They arrived took one look at the fridge in the hall said no we can’t touch that you need an installation team we have just come to plumb the fridge in we don’t remove doors. We eventually got a third team in they installed & plumbed in the fridge in the kitchen late that afternoon.
We lost £100 plus of fridge & freezer food which had defrosted & spoilt. The only good thing was it was refuse collection day and we didn’t have to keep rotting food for a week. My insurance won’t cover the loss of food because they say it’s Panthers negligence so Panther are you going to recompense me ????
