2 liverpudlian men who were rude, aggressive, unhelpful, uninterested, unpleasant, argumentative and ill informed. Did not do the job silentnight paid them to do.
Mattress delivered with dirt on it.
Did not offer to install new item, did not want to take the item to be returned away did not have packing for returning mattress.
Generally a nasty experience that I hope I do not have to repeat.
