When the driver called he said be there in half hour and put the phone down rude! When he pulled up he called me said I’m downstairs come down put the phone down rude! My husband had to go downstairs from out flat and bring the mattress up himself! I paid for a delivery service which was. Ridiculous price and they couldn’t even bring it up , 2 rude delivery men why are companies using this services!!
