After receiving confirmation of delivery of an American fridge freezer i saw the negative reviews of Panther on this site and ended up having a sleepless night as i had booked an upgraded delivery to install the new and remove the old appliance at a cost of £50. Well, I need not have worried. Two very pleasant young men arrived at their allotted time (i was able to track them to the door), they were efficient (the freezer weighs 100kg), polite and tidy. Old one out-new one in and a courtesy call from customer service to check I was happy before they left. I dont see how it could have been any better. I am very happy with the service I received.
