We ordered a sofa from Dunelm, we live on bottom floor. Delivery men said they would try again the next day as apparently 2 men were not enough (for bottom floor) and they needed 3 men. Heard nothing from company and had to phone them to follow up. And apparently they are not allowed to just offload the product and then ourselves to carry it in.
Then refused to deliver to us due to access issue (bottom floor) and said we refused the delivery (untrue). Useless and lazy delivery company
