Ordered a tv online, was informed when I would receive it and by whom. I received texts and emails with all my information. I was I formed of day and time of delivery , and that Andy, our driver, would ring 30 mins before he was due to arrive. Andy did so, delivered exactly as expected, and Andy carried our very large box into our living room. He was lovely, friendly, and kindly explained the best way to remove tv from the box, and if he hadn’t we’d still be doing it hours later! We hadn’t heard of Panther before but what a great company it is. We are both elderly and Andy was wonderful, thank you young man 😊
