I received a text to advise my delivery would be 8-10am the night before. On the morning I received a text saying "Please be advised your delivery is now on a back up vehicle and your timeslot is no longer applicable".
I rang customer service twice. Both members of staff were polite but couldn't help in determining what time I would get my delivery. I was told the van may leave at 10 or 11 or 12!
By using the link, I was able to find out that I was the 6th delivery of the day. Finally my goods arrived at 4.30pm.
I would never knowingly use Panther again and in future, I will check with a supplier to see which courier they use. If it's Panther, I will go elsewhere.
