If I could give zero stars I would. I am 100% sure they are running some sort of scam on amazon and amazon customers are the ones who suffer. I ordered a gift onsale for my son. I got a phone call today saying it was about to be delivered. I told them I was not home. He then argued with me saying I had scheduled this delivery time slot. I never spoke with anyone about a delivery. I told them to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow. Moments later my amazon order is updated as "customer refused delivery " I never refused anything! I asked for it to be rescheduled. My order is being sent back and I will be getting a refund in 7 days. Except now the item is £75 more than what I paid! They lie, are fraudulently "scheduling" orders and lieing to amazon about the customers response to the fraudulently scheduled delivery! I tried calling the customer service line, I waited forever in silence with no one to pick up. Definitely suspicious and fraudulent behaviour.
