Shocking. Dont wish to leave even one star. Clearly ‘individuals’ working there find it funny to send a replacement item (due to fault with the first) out that was clearly an already returned item with statue glued in place. Haha very funny, note to self thats cost the company regarding courier costs and in the longterm if financial issues happen etc could mean jobs, might need to think differently about your job and who you work for and if hate every minute or think amusing the last laugh might be in you.
