I chose this months (Feb) box to try as it was for the Charity M. E, which is something I have. I was so happy when I received this. The items were spot on and the book was so helpful. I kind of wish they made them to purchase in shops. I also really appreciated the little info leaflet with the story in it about peoples own journeys with M. E. I loved this so much, I ordered another one for my teenage niece who suffers with anxiety, who has the best dry sense of humour, as think she will really appreciate the items too. Really impressed with the quality and the items included. I think I am a little hooked.
