It is the worst service ever. All materials were provided, and thank goodness I had turnin because the first draft had 60% of AI. The instructions were only to use the material provided, and they ignored it and used the Internet. I gave them a second chance to rewrite it, and they gave me a paper with Internet wording. I was failed. Instead of refunding the money, which was more than 150$, they decided to give me a coupon for 20% off my next order. They decided that the paper did not have AI, so they didn't refund. Yet the professor says it does. Who do you trust, the professor or the ones that lose money? I don't usually write reviews, but this is unbelievable. If you pay for a service and you put your trust don't you think it is fair for them to provide a good service.
