The worst ever experience. When discussing the turnaround time before I paid, guys in the chat room ensured to return my documents on the agreed time and even lured saying "custom delivery" on my urgent asking. However, without any excuse or notice, they returned my documents at the time after 5 hours later, which was already over my deadline. What was worse, the quality was very poor as well as they didn't care about customer's request. For example, regarding one of my asking for the extension of word count, they changed 'everyday' to 'every day'. It means that the editor is not professional. Moreover, I found myself several punctuation mistakes from the "edited" documents. It is too much for even one star.
