The stated shipping arrival dates of items was incorrect. Items' arrival was delayed and shipment tracking information was confusing and inaccurate. Most significantly, the confusion resulted in a re-order of skateboard trucks from another supplier. Bottom line, the original order for trucks was mysteriously missing from the PARADE order, then suddenly they shipped, and now we have an extra set of trucks! Additionally, two skateboard decks' original arrival date 12/10 was missed; as of 12/14 the decks have not been received. The only component parts of the order that was received on time were the wheels.
