The sweatshirt I ordered and wanted the most did not make it to me. I was given a refund and told you ran out of inventory. Very disappointing because it was a special gift. I could’ve ordered elsewhere and this was my first time as a customer.
Also, it was kind of weird that the items arrived in cheap plastic bags instead of paper or sealed plastic. That professional presentation of product matters.
