Returned a pair of shoes untouched because I realized I purchased the wrong size, and I was rejected. They did not reply to my follow-up email either. Heres some pictures of the condition of my shoes after the return was rejected and sent back to me (brand new). Pretty disappointed as I wanted to get the right shoe size.
