Product was as described. Delivery was prompt. I am giving 4 stars because there was an issue with the payment processing. My order was placed on the US website, indicating shipping from within the US, but my credit card charge indicated a payment in Ireland with an additional foreign transaction fee. I did appreciate that when I chatted with a representative, they quickly issued a refund for the fee. However, if I wasn’t paying close attention, I wouldn’t have noticed this incorrect fee. Sounds like an issue with their payment processing, that needs to be rectified.
