Ich hatte bei Karstadt in Berlin eine Paradies-Bettdecke gekauft, die sich leider als zu warm erwies. Da Bettwaren dort grundsätzlich vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind, fragte ich beim Unternehmen direkt nach, ob ein Umtausch möglich wäre - und siehe da, es war möglich und es gab eine gute Beratung zu alternativen Produkten dazu. Die neue Daunen-Bettdecke Gabi 90 ist prima und ich freue mich jeden Abend darüber. So viel Kulanz und so einen guten Kundesservice erlebt man nur selten - vielen Dank dafür!
