We have used Paragon to hire a car in Spain for the past few years and have been very happy with the service provided. Being met at the airport and taken to the car saves so much time and the quality of the cars themselves is always excellent. We have had a couple of minor issues with the rep who met us trying to charge extra for petrol but Paragon confirm there is no additional charge for this so we've simply refused and it hasn't been an issue.
