The customer service received was outstanding throughout the process from ordering online to receiving delivery. Paramount Plants attention to detail, timely communication and care instructions before and after delivery has been superb. The five trees we received were of the highest quality and it is evident that they had been carefully selected as they are very uniform in presentation. The delivery driver was so kind and helpful when he arrived. We were very impressed with how the trees had been so carefully transported. Our house is situated on a corner plot of a busy road and as we are not permitted to raise the height of our garden fence any higher, we wanted to have a little bit of natural screening. The Photinia Red Robin Pleached Trees provide this perfectly. Attached are a few pictures showing the trees as delivered and then planted in our raised beds.
