We replaced on old dead plant . Needing something 5/6ft to give balance with another similar plant either side of a large door. Having bought a similar plant previously, we had confident expectations about the quality of this plant and we were not disappointed. Arrived on time , well packaged as expected. Good strong plant just ready to star bearing berries - very pleased and recommend . Sadly, we had issues with account and order logistics, requiring answers which were drawn out and not always attended to. I had the feeling my questions were put through the 'system' but because they required 'other' departments to make decisions (accounts, sales , despatch , I don't know which) - I was left to wait for an answer for a couple of days sometimes which was not great - needs attention?
