i provided correct dimensions and 1 month after they delivered they took £72 from my bank for big size surcharge. i sent them screenshot of items that i was returning to supplier proving correct dimensions. they demanded photos of parcel with tape measure next to parcel (after 1 month it was delivered). i asked them to provide me proof that parcel was oversized and they said they dont have any details. didnt accept my photos with ordered items with exact dimensions. then stopped replying to my emails. this is fraud and scam,!
