Scammers stay away.
Took £53 out of my account through automatic payment,that I had no knowledge of!!
Sent me email and Said I declared my parcel 45kg and that it was 57kg they were charging me for it.
I had my label and it clearly said I declared it 13kg.
The UPS driver had no problem lifting my 13kg parcel on his own too.lol
I'm taking em to small claims court...where did they get 45kg???
Never use parcel monkey again!!!
