I ordered a rather expensive set of face creams. When they arrived, one of the products was the wrong one.
The company just sent me the instructions to post it back and I had to go through all that hassle. No gesture to apologise about the mistake, and I'm still missing the product that I needed in the first place.
Not great customer service and I won't be buying again from them.
