Unfortunately the airline has changed our flights to go from another terminal. I asked BCP if i could cancel for a total refund and they said yes. The reason for the refund was because they wanted another £76 for the same service but from a different terminal. The refund wasn’t it full as they kept £10 in a form of a voucher for me to use with any future bookings with them within 24 months. Be careful as they aren’t the best companies to deal with especially through a change which is totally out of your control. Very disappointed.
