We stayed in new beach dymchurch in what was supposed to be gold plus …. It was dirty, outdated, shower tray mouldy, dirty carpet and sofa area stained. The carpet was also fraying …. Cooker was dirty and the knobs fell off …. VERY disappointed. We paid for early check in and it looked like someone just chucked the covers on the bed and left…. the cleaners need to know who to clean…
