I found the service very easy and convenient when I was dropping my car off, the staff were helpful and courteous. However, on my return I travelled with only hand luggage so it was difficult to give 20 minutes notice after clearing passport control and I had to wait 15 minutes, so perhaps making a note of whether customers have luggage or not.
