Departing early on Good Friday morning I was apprehensive if promised service could be delivered, I need not have worried. At 20 minutes prior to agreed booking in time I received a call enquiring where on the M25 I actually was and reassuring me that if I was a little late it did not matter. The check in and return were seamless. The only improvement I can suggest is better signage regarding the business fast track but I assume that is out of the control of this company, it is not as clear as it could be how you reach the ticket barrier to the business fast track once you have passed the normal car park barrier. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anybody leaving from terminal 5.
