We were 10 mins away from manchester gave them a buzz to let them know. They told us to wait at T1- departures . We waited at departures for 5 mins or so and they showed up. They checked the car over to make sure there were no blemishes/scratches etc. They took the key and gave us a receipt with details on and that was it. On way back we received our luggage, passed through immigration etc. and gave them a call to let them know we're ready for our car to be picked up (this was 3am). They arrived 5 mins later and all was well. Would recommend.
