Booked a holiday for October for £124. I thought that wasn't a half bad price until I noticed that they had charged me twice for the same holiday but only 1 policy number.
I spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to figure out why I was double charge and eventually I got though to a manager who said I would receive a refund.
It's been 3 weeks and no refund and when I called them back, they basically said it's my issue.
