Parker Gwen's customer support is exceptional! I had never ordered from them before so was a little nervous, but the item arrived when promised and well packed. I had ordered a pair of speakers to replace two of four that I already had that were defective. Right after receiving the new speakers, another of my old ones went bad. I had tried to reach the manufacturer before with no luck. I turned to Parker Gwen for help. I either needed the old ones repaired, or would need to return the new ones for credit. To my surprise, I heard back from Parker Gwen immediately and they let me know that they had contacts with the manufacturer, but if that doesn't work they would gladly take back the ones I had purchased. Bottom line, they reached the manufacturer who is repairing all of my old speakers at no cost to me. The PG rep has stayed in touch with me both by e-mail and phone through the whole process.
