I received prompt email notification that the item I had ordered was no longer available but an alternative was available or I could have a full refund. One interesting aspect of a return visit to the web site as part of that email conversation was a significant increase in the prices of that and some other items I was interested in. When I mentioned that I was unlikely to order them at these new prices I was advised that there would be further advantagous changes to the prices that day and I should check again later. When I did so that evening all the prices had been reduced again to the level I had first noted! I placed the order and it was satisfied within two working days.
