The website was clear and helpful. The items were advised to be delivered Friday but came as a "second try" today but to the "invoice address" rather than the "delivery address". That was not a great inconvenience as we're only 1/4 mile from the dly addrss . The courier did make it Friday as my wife saw him stop from her office over the front door but he never made it to the door with the parcel, just the "we tried but you weren't in" card. So she rang and arranged for Monday dly without knowing who the parcel was for otherwise she would have re-directed it to Gordon Cackett at Cleeve Croft. No big deal, the goods are exactly as required, we will use you again! thanks Richard Burden
