Ok made a purchase from this company for over 800.00. when I completed the transaction I instantly received a notice that said ( OOPS YOU BROKE THE INTERNET) ( NO JUST KIDDING WE BROKE IT. WE MUST HAVE TRIPPED OVER THE POWER CORD) and it went on for a bit about how they were trying to fix it. So I go to another company's web site to make a purchase and my debit card says 0 balance. This happened on memorial day weekend so nobody in the office had to wait 4 days to even talk to somebody and then was told that they have no record of another transaction that would have taken all the money off of my card. I call my credit card co. They tell me they have a pending invoice from parts Towne for the amount that was taken off of my card ( nothing they can do) so I call parts Towne back and I get shuffled around to about 4-5 different people and was told that they still have no record of this transaction anywhere. Also was told that they don't have a notice that says OOPS YOU BROKE THE INTERNET. by two different people.so it takes me 2 weeks to get my money returned and had to get a new debit card. 4 weeks later I make another purchase from this company and get the same damn message that they supposedly don't have and this time I screen shot it because last time it disappears from my in box magically . Not sure what is going on with this company ! On a side note right after this happens my brand new phone the screen went black and had to buy a new one. And was told that my phone had been hacked.
