I ordered 16x20 filters. They sent me something called a Bezel. Naturally, I called to make my return. Their policy is to submit a request to their inventory department to 'find out what went wrong'. I will have to wait 3 business days for them to send me a return slip. Michael Downey kept saying it could go 1 of a few ways, but wouldn't give me an example of what that means. How is a customer being forced to hold onto a part that they did not order until this company can figure out what they did wrong. I will be looking for a new company to order parts from.
