Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Party Pieces. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years, consistently relying on them for my daughters' birthdays. However, this time around, the quality was shockingly poor. It appears there may have been a change in management, and it's had a detrimental effect on their products. I purchased the balloon arch, a staple for our celebrations, only to find that the tape provided had been substituted with flimsy paper that kept tearing. Despite resorting to using Scotch tape to reinforce it, the nightmare continued when the balloons began deflating almost immediately. I promptly lodged a complaint with Party Pieces, but it's been a month with no response. The lack of acknowledgment or resolution is unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has tarnished my trust in their brand, and I will not be purchasing from them again.
