I ordered 2 x silk-infused cashmere pashminas last Friday (2/12/16). It is now Tuesday (6/12/16) and this request for a review of service is the first time I have heard from you. I have just sent you an email (thru website) asking for info on likely date of despatch so that I can arrange to be about to sign for delivery. I will give an overall rating when situation is resolved Your follow-up to my original query was efficient & comprehensive....allowing me to trace the package to a neighbour caring for a sick husband who thought we had gone away for a long week-end. I've now examined the 2 x cashmere/silk scarves....they seem perfect & colours are great. I'm sure the items will be much appreciated by the recipients....they'll love 'em! You fully deserve the 5* rating.
